  • Capital deprived, repositioning or rebranding opportunities
  • Individual properties or portfolios


Geographic targets

Supply constrained markets and infill locations in the following markets:

  • Northeast
  • Mid-Atlantic (primary and secondary markets)
  • Florida
  • Midwest (Chicago, and primary markets in Indiana, Missouri, Kansas and Minnesota)
  • Texas
  • West Coast (Seattle, Portland and California)
  • Top 150 U.S. MSA markets but will consider smaller markets depending on the quality of the asset, area demographics, and strategic value to Olshan Properties

Investment Size

  • $10 million minimum size
  • 100,000 SF minimum size for retail shopping centers
